SHIPPING FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
FREE SHIPPING on orders all orders over $250. (ex large/ Bulky items – eg.furniture or large art, for which shipping will be calculated during checkout. If calculation of your large item is not possible during checkout you will be notified of the cost prior to shipping)
In stock items will be dispatched within 48 hrs. Please allow 3 – 10 business days for Auspost or courier to deliver your goods depending on your location.
AUSTRALIA POST deliver our goodies in most cases and we also use a range of reputable and well know couriers.
TRACKING INFO will be sent via email, once your order has been dispatched.
To track your order, simply click the tracking number sent via email or log into your account and Track via the TRACK ORDER link.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

If there is an issue with your order before it has been shipped (e.g the style or size is no longer available) a Villa Verde Living Representative will be in contact via email.

With regards to custom made or backorders – Please note that some furniture, art & other hand crafted items may take 4-8 weeks to arrive, more specific information can be found on the product detail page. Please note that some art and furniture pieces are made to order. This will be specified in the item description, please note that we cannot accept returns for these items as they have been specifically made to order.
BULKY ITEM SHIPPING & RETURNS
Items classified as ‘bulky’ by our delivery service providers may not ship to remote locations. This will automatically be calculated & you will be notified at checkout if you fall within the available delivery zones. Gift wrapping is generally not available on large/bulky items.

We ship overseas! Your flat rate shipping will be converted to your local currency at checkout.
