Villa Verde is part of a bigger picture project – Paisley Park Project!

Paisley Park Project is a vibrant creative mixed retail precinct that is currently home to lifestyle boutique Villa Verde Living, specialty patisserie café Mr Z. & Co., popups markets, food trucks, and special events including a unique and versatile indoor/outdoor venue hire space available for any occasion, all in the heart of the Caloundra CBD!

The project is currently in the initial stage with the next stage scheduled to commence in 2019. Already the most unique retail-cafe space in Caloundra having transformed the laneway into the hidden gem it is today, the project on completion will be home to an epic restaurant-cafe with rooftop container bar, the rustic shed lounge-bar and other key small tenants bringing more special offerings to the precinct.

The final design will incorporate additional elements of old and new, inspiring alfresco spaces, vertical gardens and other creative elements all contributing to a vibrant and engaging destination that is a place to be discovered, experienced and enjoyed that’s totally unique to the Sunshine Coast.
